LINGLYN TRAVEL MARBELLA HOLIDAY (official name OCEANS MARBELLA SC with CIF: J93119105) with professional address in loc. 5, Avda Ricardo Soriano 45, Ed. Balmoral, 29601 Marbella SPAIN will accept bookings as a booking agent and management company of the holiday apartments and as a solely booking agent for hotels and transfers, your contract being with the owner or service supplier concerned.

Your booking is subject to the service supplier’s terms and conditions.


Disclaimer – The role of Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays is that of a “Booking agent”. Representatives of Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays will assist prospective rental guests attempting to make the correct decision about their choice of property or service, the rental contract entered in to by the rental guest remains with Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays. While Linglyn Travel attempts to ensure that both the property descriptions and photo’s used on its website are accurate, this cannot be guaranteed. For example Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays can change the booking to another apartment in case of necessity


Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays cannot accept any liability for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims made by a property owner about his/her property on any Linglyn Travel Marbella Holiday website. Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays can also not be held responsible for any items at the rental property that are either missing, broken or in a state of disrepair. Rental guests booking their accommodation with Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays do so in this knowledge.

Bookings are accepted, subject to the services being available, by Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays (the Agency) as agents only on the following conditions:   Bookings are not deemed binding until the client has received a written confirmation/invoice from the agency.


The reservation will only be effected on receipt of the completed Booking Form and non-refundable appropriate deposit of 30% of the total cost of the holiday (accommodation, transfers, flights and any other added service contracted with Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays.  Where a booking is made within 4 weeks of departure, the full payment must be enclosed.


The balance of the total holiday price must be paid no less than 4 weeks prior to departure or as stated on the confirmation/invoice and it will be taken automatically from the same card used for the deposit. Should you wish to use another card you have to notify Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays office 1 week before the balance is due. If payment is not received by such date the agency reserves the right to cancel the holiday and the client could be liable to pay cancellation charges and lose his/her deposit.


After acceptance of the booking, a holiday may only be cancelled by sending written notification to the agency or where a booking is treated as cancelled under paragraph 3 of these conditions, the client will be liable to pay the agency cancellation charges in accordance at the higher of the following scale, or as defined by any outside supplier.

Deposit when cancellation is 63 or more days before departure.

        60%, when cancellation is 62-42 days before departure.

        80%, when cancellation is 41-29 days before departure.

100%, when cancellation is  4 weeks or less before departure.


If, after having booked and paid a deposit for a holiday, the client wishes to alter any of the arrangements made, a charge will be raised of the higher of €10.00 per person or such amount as defined by any outside supplier.  A change of departure date of a holiday made within 6 weeks of departure may be treated as a cancellation of the client’s booking and the cancellation charges above would apply.                                                                                                    


Clients must observe the rules of the community relating to any accommodation provided.  Any accommodation provided for clients may be used only for the accommodation of the persons stipulated on the booking form, unless specifically agreed with the agency.  Subletting or assignment is not permitted.  The client shall be responsible for leaving the property let to him and the contents thereof in as good a state as the beginning of the letting and shall pay for any loss or damage thereto.


In the event of a client not leaving the accommodation in as good order as they found it on arrival, or for any damage caused, there will be a requirement for the equivalent of €100.00 cleaning / damages bond,  as a chargeback to a credit / debit card used to pay for the accommodation. This does not limit the chargeback in cases where the damages or losses exceed €100.00, leaving rubbish bags in the apartment will incur in a 20€ charge, leaving stained towels will be 10€ per towel


Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays will not be held responsible for personal injury or loss / theft of personal belongings during your stay. It is a requirement that you have adequate holiday insurance in place.


Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays only act as agents for all accommodation providers, carriers by air or otherwise, hire car proprietors and other service providers and all bookings must be accepted subject to the ticket or transport conditions and regulations of the carriers or hire car proprietors and other service providers and also subject to the laws of the country in which such carriage or other facility is provided.


Linglyn Travel Marbella Holidays shall not be under any liability to the clients except as expressly provided herein, in circumstances beyond the control of the agency and in the absence of negligence.  The agency will not be held responsible for any negligence on behalf of any company for which it acts as agents only.


The agency accepts no liability for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of alternation of itinerary, cancellation, schedules and/or timetables or through any act or default of any company or any firm.


If you feel you have cause for complaint during your holiday, it is a legal requirement that you immediately report the matter to the local  manager of the property or supplier of the services who will do their best to help you.  If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction you must record the details with our local agent and obtain written confirmation of the complaint lodged.  We regret we cannot accept liability in respect of complaints or claims of which we are not notified entirely in accordance with this clause as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.


Legal Jurisdiction:
The Booking Form and the use of our Web Site is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by Spanish Law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of Spanish Courts at all times.






We respectfully remind you that should you decide not to take out travel insurance, it is at your own risk and we cannot be responsible for claims where applicable, including accidents, injuries or loss of personal belongings.  We strongly recommend that you insure yourself and family to cover most eventualities.
